Senior Associate - Energy Management - Building Automation Systems Projects

Manage multisite energy management and BAS deployment projects, coordinating vendors and clients.

Tasks

-Ensuring project profit margins are maintained and any deviation is suitably supported exception approval. -Undertake project costing including vendor cost and product cost sheet and get approval. -Packing Shipping and handling of project material to deployment site as per need basis. -Client billing and collection management through invoicing. -Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals -Validation of vendor invoices and approval for payment. -Project manage and delivery of multisite Energy Management Installation through Carrier ABOUND vendor team. -Tracking and co-ordination of multi team function through successful delivery -Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change though change order. -Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected -Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project -Interfacing with client organization (delivery, IT, Finance, etc) for project related work. -Project scheduling with vendor and delivery working with remote commissioning team.

What You Bring

-Minimum of 3 years of work experience in project management Building Automation deployment -Experience in deployment of Tridium Niagara BAS -Master's degree in business management -Experience in other BAS example Trane, Novar, JCI, etc. -Bachelor's degree -5+ years of work experience in project management preferably in energy project, BAS deployment, etc. -Knowledge of HVAC and lighting controllers -Minimum of 2 multisite roll out (retail and QSR) experience in Building Automation deployment -Proficient in Office suite (word, presentation, xls) -Internal reporting and client reporting as per project requirement.
