The Role
Overview
Deliver resident service and manage reception duties at Ingenia Rentals.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Attend to matters including but not limited to noise complaints, community disturbance, washing tokens etc. -Attend to general receptionist duties including answering calls and emails, filing and any other duties as assigned by management. -Liaising with prospective tenants and advising of availability. -Carry out routine walk around, and perimeter checks to ensure all residents and guests are abiding by site rules. -Register any issues in terms of housekeeping, maintenance, office, common areas etc. -Ensure seamless and efficient move ins and move outs, following correct procedures. -Organising exit cleans and other repairs as needed. -Use of computer programmes (Newbook, MS Office) to maintain databases in relation to guests and residents. -Conducting showings for vacant homes. -Welcome every Resident to Ingenia Rentals, explaining the community, surrounding area, amenities and activities. -Lock up facilities including but not limited to office, vacated rooms, common areas and gates. -Process tenancy applications.
