Accounts Payable Associate

Handles AP email inbox, vendor inquiries, filing, reconciliations, and support tasks.

Tasks

-Maintain confidentiality of information -Assist with preparing back up for document retention services. -Maintain electronic filing system for financial information, records and documents to ensure easily available information. -Assist AP Team with researching 1099 data. -Assist with account and statement reconciliations. -Answer telephone and email inquiries from both internal and external parties; follow up in a timely manner. -Work in Outlook AP Mailbox. Move and organize emails and invoices for AP Team -Assist with accruals, financial audits and other special projects as needed.

What You Bring

-Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel) -Demonstrates a positive attitude and takes a proactive approach. -Excellent customer service skills, including written and verbal communication while maintaining a customer first mentality. -Experience with ERP system a plus -A high school degree or equivalent -Ability and willingness to communicate with individuals at all levels of the company. -Detail oriented manor with capability to multi-task and self-direct, while remaining organized and able to prioritize basic information/tasks.
