Tasks

-Assess impacts on scope, schedule, cost, and quality, sharing findings with the Project Director and senior stakeholders -Ensure compliance with governance, contracts, and regulations while driving improvements and best practices -Lead the full change management process, from identification and impact assessment to approval and implementation -Keep accurate records of change requests, decisions, and outcomes, providing clear reports and dashboards -Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure changes are clearly communicated and understood
