Tasks

-Assist in the design and preparation of teasers and books. -Review and summarize ground leases (lease abstracting). -Researching demographics and traffic counts. -Obtaining and analyzing market information and statistics. -Preparing and writing market research. -Assist in the due diligence process. -Create appropriate charts and other graphic materials. -Assisting with historical P&L review, STR analyses, operating benchmarks, etc.

-Ability to interact with internal and external clients professionally in a fast paced, high-energy environment. -Intermediate working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel. -Detail-oriented and self-motivated. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -Value listings and proposed listings in Excel. -Strong analytical, Excel and writing skills. -Ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude. -Must be graduating in May or December 2027. -Familiarity with Adobe, InDesign, and Photoshop a plus.
