-Familiarity with the use and capability of Civil 3D. -12+ years of relevant experience required. -Valid driver’s license. -Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team environment. -Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions. -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. -Proficiency in technical skills in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analyses, grading and other site development related designs. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities. -Financial Management including invoice preparation and accounts receivable. -Knowledge of local city, county and state land use processes and regulations. -Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.). -Construction oversight experience a plus. -Ability to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
