Tasks

-Oversee enterprise-wide fixed asset tracking, depreciation, and amortization -Lead key initiatives related to systems upgrades, policy implementation, and automation -Review and prepare reconciliations, rollforwards, and variance analysis -Develop and standardize intercompany transaction processes, with a focus on elimination accuracy and GAAP compliance -Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Operations, FP&A) on new processes and reporting improvements

What You Bring

-CPA a plus, but not required -Project management experience in a growing or dynamic accounting function -5+ years of accounting experience with deep fixed asset and intercompany exposure -Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to leadership -Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and process improvement

Benefits

Salary: Up to $135,000 + Bonus This is a direct hire role offering up to $135K + bonus, excellent benefits, and visibility across legal, operations, and finance leadership.
