Tasks

The client’s Enterprise Data and IT team is seeking a Contract HRIS Analyst to support and enhance its Workday platform. Reporting to the Manager of HRIS, you will provide system configuration, maintenance, and support across multiple Workday modules, ensuring data integrity, security, and alignment with business needs. -Plan, test, and support Workday releases and maintenance activities. -Participate in testing, validation, and project-related work. -Support SOX compliance and integration standards with Enterprise Architecture. -Ensure data security, compliance, and accuracy within Workday. -Identify and implement process and system improvements. -Provide daily user support, troubleshooting, and data corrections. -Provide after-hours support as needed for urgent issues. -Configure and maintain various Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Talent Management).

What You Bring

-Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. -8+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in a Workday-focused business systems analyst role. -Strong technical and functional Workday expertise with configuration experience. -Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, SAP integrations (master data and payroll). -Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. -Legally entitled to work in Canada. -Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and best practices. -Calgary-based and able to work in-office. -Post-secondary education in HR or IT.
