Tasks

-Maintain all necessary licensing, insurance, and certifications required for work. -Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic, ensuring a positive customer experience. -Ensure all installations are completed with high attention to detail and craftsmanship. -Work closely with the Installation Manager to ensure project timelines and quality expectations are met. -Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. -Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, keeping them informed throughout the installation process. -Adhere to manufacturer specifications and company installation standards. -Perform full kitchen remodels, including cabinet installation, countertop replacement, and finishing touches per company specifications and local building codes. -Conduct a final walkthrough with customers to ensure satisfaction and demonstrate functionality of completed installations. -Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. -Safely load, transport, and unload materials to job sites. -Customer Focus – Prioritizes customer satisfaction by delivering quality workmanship and professional service. -On-Site at Customer Homes: Performing kitchen remodel installations in residential settings. -Professionalism & Integrity – Upholds high ethical standards and represents the company with professionalism. -Troubleshoot unforeseen situations on-site and communicate effectively with the management team. -Provide accurate and timely project updates and required documentation. -Time Management – Manages project timelines effectively, ensuring on-time completion.

What You Bring

-Proven experience in general carpentry, cabinetry, and kitchen remodeling. -Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. -Technical Expertise – Demonstrates proficiency in kitchen remodeling, cabinetry, and installation techniques. -Excellent communication and customer service skills. -Physical Work: Requires lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods. -Own necessary tools for kitchen remodeling installations. -Problem-Solving – Identifies and resolves challenges efficiently while maintaining quality standards. -Must have a reliable vehicle capable of transporting supplies to job sites. -On the Road: Traveling to multiple job sites within the designated market. -Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. -Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, climb stairs, and work in physically demanding conditions. -Ability to work independently while maintaining company integrity and quality standards. -Must provide proof of General Liability insurance.
