Tasks
-Perform daily equipment upkeep tasks and maintenance -Attend and participate in daily activity plans and safety meetings -Inspect and operate equipment and all attachments -Perform occasional typical laborer activities -Operate equipment in a safe and professional manner

What You Bring
-Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment such as Loaders, backhoes, excavators, dozers, lulls, and forklifts, for civil and site work, and material handling functions on a municipal, commercial, industrial, or federal project. -Prepared to regularly encounter moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, and a variety of outside weather conditions -Ability to set and follow grades -Knowledge of rigging and rigging methods -Must have a valid driver’s license and an MVR that meets company standards -Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus -Able to climb temporary or permanent stairs, and ladders -Ability to stand for extended periods of time, and safely maneuver around the nearby presence of various construction equipment and vehicles, on an active construction site -MA Hoisting license required -Must have an OHSA 10 certificate -Must possess required licenses preferable 2A or more Mass Hydraulics License -Able to bend, squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, balance and stoop, reach on a regular basis -Ability to understand and follow directions -Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment -Ability to lift 50 pounds
