Tasks

-Leading 5S initiatives. -Perform and participate Kaizen projects -Supporting Engineering Team on Work Instructions, preparing Visual Aids, quality form and Supporting Engineering projects. -Leading Continuous Improvement projects -Support the operations for analyzing quality defects and drive Root Cause Analysis. -Tracking and maintaining productivity initiatives. -Leading lean initiatives across the cell.
