Tasks

-Conduct routine inspections to ensure technical accuracy, finish quality, and compliance with approved specifications. -Ensure documentation readiness for audits and handover stages. -Oversee day-to-day execution across civil, interior, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire-fighting works. -Take complete ownership of project timelines, ensuring adherence to committed delivery and handover dates. -Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely material delivery and manpower deployment. -Track budgets, flag variances, and share MIS updates on progress, costs, and materials. -Monitor site progress daily and issue comprehensive Daily & Weekly Progress Reports to management. -Build and maintain dependable working relationships for smooth execution support. -Serve as the primary client interface for all site-related updates and queries. -Organize client walkthroughs, update meetings, and status reviews with clear documentation. -Maintain rigorous quality checks and safety protocols on site. -Supervise and verify installations (ceilings, flooring, partitions, furniture, finishes) as per drawings and quality benchmarks. -Validate contractor bills and daily work logs, ensuring alignment with site progress. -Prepare detailed project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation charts. -Provide prompt and professional communication to address escalations or design-execution concerns.

You will act as the single point of responsibility for your assigned projects, owning every milestone and client interaction with professionalism and urgency. -Excellent communication and client-handling skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. -PMP certification or formal project management training will be an advantage. -Ability to lead independently with a strong sense of accountability and ownership. -B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Degree/Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture. -5–8 years of experience in high-end interior project execution. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and reporting dashboards. -Strong technical grasp of civil, MEP, HVAC, and finishing works.
