Tasks

-Oversee the technical implementation of integration solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment -Comply with relevant OH&S legislation, adhering to reasonable instructions, work procedures and practices to maintain the health and safety of the team -Provide technical guidance -Report all identified risks, breaches -Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of integrated systems -Provide leadership and guidance to the integration team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture focused on delivering exceptional client service and results -Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and ensure alignment with business goals -Define and execute strategies for expanding the integration services business, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships -Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize integration processes, tools, and methodologies, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction -Comply with relevant firm and industry legislation and incorporate into practices and processes as relevant -Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their integration needs and driving business growth through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion -Provide expertise on integration solutions to potential clients, supporting sales efforts through presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development -Manage integration projects from initiation to completion, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource requirements -Develop and execute integration strategies to ensure seamless integration of systems, processes, and technologies within the organisation -Report all workplace hazards and incidents -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration needs and design solutions that meet business requirements and objectives -Respond to client support questions and requests via phone or email where necessary

What You Bring

-2+ years of experience in integration project management, with expertise in system integration methodologies and technologies (such as Oracle Integration Cloud and Mulesoft) -Strong interpersonal skills -Strong problem solving skills -Strong technical background, with proficiency in integration platforms, APIs, and data formats -Extremely organised and detail oriented -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies is desirable -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders -Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
