Tasks

-Helps in the creation and negotiation of contracts under the supervision and guidance of a procurement manager . -Collects and maintains procurement analytics, reporting and deliverables. -Communicates and enforces procurement policies and procedures to the district and project teams. -Maintains the records of goods ordered and received; supports Accounts Payable reconciliation. -Qualifies and evaluates vendors of materials, subcontractors, and service providers for recommendation to the Procurement Manager or others for use on projects.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's Degree in Business , Supply Chain or Construction Management preferred. -Team player with the ability to also work independently to meet fixed deadlines, goals and objectives. -Able to identify, track and communicate project plan steps and actions. -1+ year related construction experience preferred. -Introductory knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) with general knowledge of database utilization. JD Edwards E1 World experience is a plus. -Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
