Tasks

-Reconcile daily parts invoices -Receives, prices, and stocks parts inventory maintaining databases accordingly -Establishes procedures to retain and acquire new customers through sales calls by phone or in person. -Orders parts to maintain established inventory levels -Assign parts as requested by shop personnel -Orders parts as needed by both shop and field mechanics -Prepares for and participates in year end inventory -Communicates with customers by phone or in person, reinforcing their confidence and encouraging repeat business -Coordinates parts returns -Implements new strategies, systems and/or procedures for improved operations -Establish Parts inventory levels -Maintains reporting systems effectively, accurately and timely

What You Bring

-Must be able to maintain a safe, reasonably clean and organized work environment -Highly preferred experience working in parts in the heavy equipment industry. -Must be familiar with heavy truck and construction equipment. -Must be able to read, write, and speak English. -Must posses strong independent decision making skills. -Strong leadership skills -Must be able to work well with others. -Familiarity with computerized inventory management systems. -5 years of experience in parts background required -Strong understanding of parts required. -Experience with remote customer service or technical support.
