Tasks

-Handover documentation check and confirmation. -Master data collection and system input & parameters setup coordination. -Planning and coordination for On-site installation & commissioning and buy-off. -I System training planning and carry-out. -Master data definition and collection template design. -Implementation Preparation -Infrastructure/shopfloor devices delivery follow-up. -Process will be followed with the appropriate follow up and documentation of signatures. -UAT planning and end-user coordination. -IT infrastructure/shopfloor devices requirements analysis. -Test cases planning and review. -Handover process and handshake with IT/Operation team and other stakeholders. -Incident process setup and training to end-users. -Go-live planning and coordination. -Use case review and refinement. -Handover checklist and sign-off. -Go-live readiness checklist and management.
