Tasks

-Develop understanding and awareness of project-related risks and company risk policies. -Prepare proposals and cost estimates. -Conduct business and client development activities with support from Department/Office Manager. -Prepare and execute annual business plan for the specialty service group with support from Department/Office Manager. -Develop and manage employee staffing plans, recruitment, selection, and onboarding with support from Department/Office Manager. -Ensure consistent quality standards on project and proposal delivery. -Provide and lead continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects, promoting quality standards and practices. -Oversee and manage key group metrics such as revenue growth, staff chargeability, project billing, collections, and profitability with support from Department/Office Manager. -Lead safety efforts for the team, ensuring adherence to safety rules and guidelines. Create and model a safe work environment and promote pre-task planning for all projects.

What You Bring

-Supervisory Skills -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology with 5 years of practice experience, or a minimum of 9 years’ related experience in lieu of a degree -Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history -Environmental Science -Certification or licensure in field of expertise
