We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Transaction Attorney to join our legal team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including sales, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development. This role involves drafting and negotiating complex legal documents, conducting due diligence, and advising clients on legal risks and compliance issues associated with commercial property matters. This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position. -3-5 years of experience working as a Real Estate Transaction Attorney -Prior experience with commercial real estate, urban redevelopment, land use, public financing mechanisms, and/or construction law. -Experience with drafting fundamental documents related to commercial real estate transactions. -Candidates should possess experience in commercial leasing, portfolio or multi-site purchases or sales transactions, title and survey review, and general transactional due diligence. -Being admitted to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction -Have exceptional organization skills and attention to detail. -Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and proactively complete transactions

Benefits

Pay Range: $250,000 USD - $250,000 USD
