Tasks

-Light Maintenance & Support: Assist the maintenance team with light-duty tasks such as changing light bulbs, painting touch-ups, changing locks, and helping prepare vacant units for new residents. -Grounds & Curb Appeal: Maintain the cleanliness of the entire property by walking the grounds daily to remove litter and debris, cleaning walkways, and ensuring dumpster areas are tidy. -Resident Support: Distribute community notices to residents and provide a friendly, helpful presence on the property. -Common Area Upkeep: Ensure all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and pool areas, are clean, well-maintained, and presentable.

What You Bring

-Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or landscaping is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate! -The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. -A strong work ethic and a great eye for detail. -Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking and standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
