Tasks

-Contribute to the creation of comprehensive program reports, materials, and content. -Identify and implement enhancements to streamline team efficiency and processes. -Manage the program budget meticulously in partnership with direct supervisor. -Guide the strategic roadmap for OES-specific product features, technology, and integrated workgroup alignment, including new initiative intake, triage, and scoring. -Develop, implement, and assess program governance, strategic plans, and objectives. -Gather additional requirements for new initiatives and ideas where needed to help guide strategic decision making. -Participate in sprint planning meetings to help the team understand the priorities and requirements. -Direct and manage, formally or informally, cross-functional teams of project managers, business analysts, database and network administrators, developers, solution architects and application administrators to ensure the delivery and execution of projects and maintenance. -Cultivate strong relationships with vendor partners. -While this is a hybrid role with most time being spent working from home, attendance at important meetings and events at the local OES Equipment/DPR office is required. -Supervise program plans, ensuring accurate tracking of progress and adjustments, inter-project dependencies, and deployment of initiatives to meet program goals and objectives. -Engage in stakeholder management activities. -Provide mentorship, coaching, and exemplary leadership to team members formally or informally. -Lead and coordinate diverse technology products, projects, and strategic initiatives within the OES Equipment program and roadmap.

What You Bring

-3+ years of experience leading and coordinating resources to meet milestones and deliverables and facilitating communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and understanding. -Knowledge of commercial construction, rental equipment, and supply chain processes and workflows and financials is preferred. -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. -Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. -Proficient with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Waterfall, and Scrum) or a related discipline. -Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a computer screen. -Adept in various project management applications such as Miro, Asana, SmartSheet, Power BI, Monday.com, MS Project, and PowerPoint. -Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. A business degree with a strong technical background is also acceptable. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree. -Strong knowledge of application deployment concepts including utilization of multiple application or system environments (development, testing, staging, and production), testing, and rollbacks. -Occasional domestic travel may be required for meetings (estimated at a maximum quarterly but may flex based on project or program needs). -Communicate a clear vision and direction for the program. -5+ years of experience developing and managing project plans, schedules and budgets for technology implementations and projects. -Experiencing in leading and mentoring a team of technology professionals. -Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices, tools, and processes such as asset, access, incident, and problem management; change control; and service request fulfillment. -3+ years of experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including leadership, end users and external vendors. -Working knowledge of traditional/waterfall and agile project management principles and associated tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. -Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
