Maintain vendor relationships and lead supplier-specific contract negotiations.
Conduct annual reviews of procurement templates and update in line with legal and regulatory changes.
Interpret and implement Prime contract flow-down requirements across EPC projects.
Develop and maintain standardized procurement templates and tools in collaboration with Legal and Contracts teams.
Lead or support negotiations for high-risk, high-value contracts, ensuring alignment with project and corporate objectives.
Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
Serve as the primary procurement liaison to Legal, Risk, and Tax departments for contract reviews and escalations.
Provide training and mentorship to Procurement Managers on contract negotiation, risk assessment, and terms & conditions.
Facilitate procurement team meetings and communicate legal updates and best practices.
Ensure consistency in procurement practices across markets and projects.
Resolve complex contractual disputes and claims in coordination with project teams and legal counsel.
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.

Strong understanding of U.S. civil and common law, with preference for familiarity with state-specific Prompt Payment Acts and lien legislation applicable to construction projects.

Minimum 8 years of experience in contract negotiation and procurement within EPC or construction environments.
Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
Legal training (JD or experienced paralegal) preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
