Overview
Lead a lettings team, drive sales, manage landlord/tenant relations, and ensure compliance.

Tasks
-Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s -Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings) -Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies. -Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs -Encourage your teams development and progression -Complete on-target earnings exceeding £50000 per year -Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team -Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants -Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies

What You Bring
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lettings professional with a passion for leadership, performance, and exceptional customer service. You’ll be at the forefront of team development, business growth, and delivering top-tier service to landlords and tenants alike. -Proof of Address -Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher -Drivers Licence Check -Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages) -Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006) -The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors -Passport/Birth Certificate -Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other -Attention to detail -We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: -Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment. -Ability to work under own initiative -Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle -Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads -A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings -Good telephone manner -Full UK Driving Licence -Strong focus on generating new and repeat business -The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
