Willingness to travel to construction sites and work occasional weekends or extended hours as needed
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
A solid understanding of structural systems, sitework, foundations, and sequencing of ground-up builds
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ProCore (or similar project management platforms)
Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills
