The Role

Overview

Administers contracts and shipping, handling orders, documentation, and customer service.

Tasks

-Distribute documents accordingly. -Use of departmental tools and reports to maximise output to achieve goals. -Deliver daily / monthly / quarterly targets. -Carry out detailed, efficient contracts administration for Hard Copy / Electronically Received customer orders (process orders, review content, prices, and customer credit). -Respond directly to customers regarding order queries and deliveries. -Raise Company Freight Insurance invoices on SAP (Billing). -Create and amend Billing documents. -Maintain KPI’s: OA Lead Time, OTD, FG, OIH overdue. -Create picking lists and shipping documents from SAP System and where necessary edit to suit customer requirements. -Attend Flash 5 meetings with Contracts or Shipping Team (Safety, Workload, Targets, Issues) -Ensure all orders are scheduled for dispatch in line with customer requirement/Manufacturing Capabilities and acknowledged within 48 hours. -Develop a sound understanding of the legalities of contracts, finance, invoicing and standard terms and conditions. -Liaise with internal departments. -Check Worklist daily for items, quantity, and order status.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of import and export shipping procedures. -Good knowledge of SAP or any other equivalent ERP system. -Knowledge of customs regulations, export documentation and import regulations of overseas countries. -Customer service experience. -Good PC skills, Excel, Outlook. -Knowledge of Incoterms “INCOTERMS 2020”. -Ability to perform under heavy workload in a high intensity pressured environment. -Logistics and warehouse understanding.
