Manage IPS acquisition activities and lead logistics support team for OTECH programs.

Tasks

-Duties relating to the managing of people including hiring, training, planning, performance and development, employee recognition, and conflict resolution. -Support and instill a safety culture within the team that is in compliance with Oceaneering’s Life Safety Rules and HSE program. -Participate in technical program reviews as needed. -Provide sound, independent and seasoned judgement that follows company policies and procedures in meeting OTECH obligations. -Ensure Contract and Divisional procedural requirements are addressed. -Plan, organize and manage the work of stakeholders to ensure work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organization requirements. -Interface with internal and external customers on IPS activities. -Assist in the development, maintenance, and management of Oceaneering standards. -Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T). -Identify, plan for, resource, and implement management actions to acquire repair parts, spares, and all classes of supply to ensure the best equipment/ capability is available in support of OTECH program execution. -Manage the Integrate Product Support (IPS) elements related to the execution of LSA acquisition activities for OTECH programs to include:

What You Bring

-Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. -Well-versed in web-based data application and data management. -Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, technical discipline, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. -Must be able to obtain security clearance. -Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills. -Excellent interpersonal, time management, decision-making, and conflict management skills. -Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated ability at a lead/supervisory level. -Master’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, technical discipline, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. -Comfortable in conversing at all levels within the organization. -Minimum of 3-5 years in an Integrated Product Support role with proven success and understanding of procedures, processes, and tools.
