Tasks

-Keep the site clean, organized, and ready for client or architect walkthroughs at any time. -Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and ensure the build stays true to the design vision. -Oversee daily on-site operations from ground-up through final punch-list. -Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. -Conduct daily quality control walks and enforce jobsite safety protocols. -Legacy Projects: Lead field execution on one-of-a-kind coastal residences built to last generations. -Maintain detailed and consistent communication with Project Managers and Design Professionals.
