Tasks

-Interface with customers to clarify technical issues and resolve problems related to MV/LV products and equipment. -Act as an LV/MV Specialist with strong protection system expertise. -Assist in preparing offers for spare parts, retrofits, and extension panels, and support contract execution. -Perform MV troubleshooting, erection, and maintenance of MV products and equipment. -Handle LV troubleshooting, retrofits (including mechanical busbar modifications), erection, maintenance, and testing of LV products and equipment. -Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance. -Execute contracts for spare parts, retrofits, extension panels, and maintenance jobs. -Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to clients. -Conduct testing and commissioning of MV/LV equipment and products.

This role involves delivering technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for electrical equipment and systems, ensuring optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. This position will be posted until filled. -6-8 years of experience in installation, mechanical retrofits, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities. -Degree or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. -Flexibility to work on-site (onshore/offshore) as per job requirements. -Digital experience and ability to meet Schneider Electric KPIs. -Demonstrate knowledge of LV switchgear such as Okken and BlokSet. -Maintain excellent communication and customer service skills. -Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and software related to test equipment and relays; LV specialization software knowledge is a plus. -Work independently and under pressure when required -Work with Masterpact NT/NW, Compact breakers, and Micrologic (LV trip units). -ADDC/DEWA/TAQA approval is an added advantage. -Knowledge of VFD for LV and MV. -Program and troubleshoot protection relays (SEPAM, MICOM, VIP); knowledge of other manufacturers’ relays is an advantage. -Strong communication and interfacing skills.
