The Role

Overview

Repair and patch concrete panels to meet quality standards before site delivery.

Tasks

-Grind panel edges to meet specifications and clean areas with loose concrete. -Read and interpret repair tickets and blueprints to execute proper repairs. -Drill and cut for plate repairs on damaged panels. -Cut bevels on panel edges where necessary. -Drill and install lifting hardware when required. -Patch spalls and bug holes on panel surfaces. -Torch end strands in blockoutsand patch exposed strands. -Connect cables to mi-jacks as part of panel handling processes. -Use resurfacing machines to restore panel finishes as needed.

What You Bring

-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and repair specifications. -Strong attention to detail with the ability to match concrete textures and colors for seamless repairs. -Minimum of 1 year of experience in concrete work, preferably in concrete patching, masonry, or related fields. -Proficient with hand tools such as grinders, chop saws, and torches; prior hands-on experience is a strong plus. -High school diploma or GED required. -Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and effective team collaboration.
