Manage residential lettings and property portfolios across Dublin, handling tenants and landlords.

Tasks

-Vet prospective tenants. -Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth communication. -Manage tenant maintenance issues and coordinate necessary works. -Handle RTB registrations. -Take responsibility for an existing portfolio of managed properties across the greater Dublin area. -Advertise available properties and manage enquiries. -Complete all associated paperwork using LetMan. -Oversee the full letting and management process for this portfolio.
