Graduate Revit Designer (FF&E)

Overview

Create coordinated FF&E layouts, schedules and cost plans using Revit/AutoCAD

Tasks

-Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure BIM compliance (ISO(phone number removed). -Identify and resolve design realted problems and flag up clashes and t -Develop detailed FF&E layouts and schedules in Revit and AutoCAD. -Build and manage a library of Revit families and product specifications. -Create and maintain live cost schedules in Excel. -Support the team with general Revit/AutoCAD tasks and documentation. -Attend client and stakeholder meetings to present and refine design proposals.

What You Bring

-Software proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Revit is a key requirement, AutoCAD, Excel (MS Office), InDesign. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. -Language: Strong English communication skills are essential. -Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication (written, visual, and verbal). -Degree-qualified: BA (Hons) in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or BIM -Experience: Working to ISO standards and within BIM environments.
