Participate in proposal development and other business development activities as needed.
Support multimodal and transit planning studies, including corridor evaluations, service alternatives, and station area planning.
Use GIS tools (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online) to prepare mapping, spatial analyses, and visualizations.
Contribute to project coordination tasks—tracking schedules, deliverables, and budgets.
Support stakeholder and public engagement activities—create materials, manage feedback, and participate in meetings.
Develop high-quality technical reports, graphics, and presentations summarizing planning findings and recommendations.

Experience supporting community engagement, stakeholder facilitation, or outreach.
Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
Familiarity with project management tools, budgeting, or schedule tracking.

Experience with transit corridor or station area planning (BRT, light rail, commuter rail).
Familiarity with multimodal and transit planning concepts.

5–10 years of professional planning experience (urban, transportation, or related fields).
Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Planning, Geography, GIS, or a related discipline and 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or education.
Working knowledge of FTA funding programs, or related planning processes.
