Tasks

-Acting as an escalation point for complex queries and mentoring team members -Providing accurate HR/pay-related administration using Oracle HR and other systems -Coordinating daily tasks and ensuring work is completed within deadlines -Supporting the Team Manager with root cause analysis and continuous improvement -Monitoring performance against KPIs and producing reports to drive service enhancements

What You Bring

-You're confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems (Oracle HR desirable) -You have experience in high-volume HR administration, ideally in a Shared Service Centre -You're organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure -You're a strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
