Overview
Assist in managing building operations, vendor contracts, budgets, and compliance for soft services.

Tasks
-Responds to Client service-related reports / communication. -Support sourcing and site managers through procurement. -Coordinate discussions with selected vendors or suppliers regarding goal setting, performance criteria, and performance review. -To maintain consistency and achieve 99.5% of timely AHD closure in operational area. -Maximize utilization of suppliers, preferred vendors/contractors, and the level of spending with Minority/Women owned Business Enterprises. -Lead in participation of local JLL and Account innovation programs. Redeploy innovations learnt from other account teams. Demonstrate to Client JLL innovation effort. -Ensure compliance with operational audit and safety standards. -Implement site-level innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short- and long-term operating costs and increase productivity. Encourage team to be innovative in client service / problem solving. -Follows all reporting protocols for all commercial, costing and billing for the FM contract. -Establish relationships with client site leads, business partners such as EHS leads and FM clientele to establish trust and credibility. -Assist in the development and management of the annual operating budgets. -Work with the Facility Manager to oversee the delivery of maintenance, repair, custodial, security and other building services. -Building operations, service contracts, financial management.

What You Bring
-8-10 years in facilities management or related area of operation. -Strong analytical, organization and presentation skills. -Proficiency in a range of IT tools and platforms. -Graduate in Hospitality magt and Associates in facilities, property, business or related. -Experience in vendor management.
