Tasks

-Engage early in clients’ budget cycles to influence project scope, create tailored solutions, and align design and construction strategies. -Collaborate with internal preconstruction and operations teams to ensure seamless handoff and successful project execution. -Leverage deep industry connections to identify upcoming opportunities before they enter competitive bid. -Established, active network of GCs, architects, and designers. -Drive the adoption of Design-Build delivery by educating stakeholders on value, speed, and cost-efficiency benefits. -Prospect and develop new relationships with GCs, architects, designers, and owners to build a qualified pipeline. -Represent the company at industry events, associations, and networking functions to expand market presence.

-Formed in 2023 through the merger of Westport Pools and Progressive Commercial Aquatics under Bow River Capital. -Engaged in 460+ projects across more than 40 states. -Offers a full range of services including design, engineering, construction, renovation, maintenance, and chemical automation. -Expanded through strategic acquisitions of Spear Corporation in March 2024 and Commercial Pool Repair in August 2024. -Known for projects such as municipal pools, educational and private club facilities, waterparks, deck renovations, ADA lifts, chemical systems, filtration, and heating upgrades. -Partners with Life Floor in February 2025 to integrate slip-resistant surfacing into aquatic facilities. -Operates from seven regional offices including Houston, Denver, Phoenix, and St. Louis, providing nationwide turnkey aquatic solutions.
