Tasks

You’ll help drive the strategic shift to a BIM-centric model, support upskilling across the team, and deliver high-quality digital models across a variety of projects. You’ll work closely with engineers, technicians, and senior leadership to embed BIM into the heart of our workflows — ensuring our projects remain at the forefront of design excellence. Axiseng is looking for a BIM Coordinator to lead the transformation of our digital design and delivery capabilities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about BIM processes and innovation. -Assist in producing Navisworks models, clash detection reports, and deliverables documentation -Coordinate internally and externally with BIM teams and consultants -Attend BIM coordination meetings and represent Axiseng in digital delivery discussions -Support the company's shift from 2D AutoCAD to BIM-first design and delivery -Collaborate with BIM leads and senior management to build and execute a BIM implementation roadmap -Manage the BIM training calendar and ensure attendance is tracked and coordinated -Assist in developing and delivering a comprehensive BIM training curriculum for all levels -Review current BIM standards, templates, workflows, and families to identify improvement opportunities -Support management of BIM deliverables including model files, drawings, and quality checks -Develop and manage Revit MEP models to Axiseng standards

What You Bring

✅ Solid understanding of BIM processes and digital delivery standards ✅ Excellent time management and organisational skills ✅ Strong experience with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 ✅ Experience delivering BIM training or mentoring others is a plus ✅ Ability to assess and improve technical quality across design workflows ✅ Confident communicator able to work across multidisciplinary teams ✅ Familiarity with ISO standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (ISO 19650 is a plus)
