Lead land survey projects, supervise staff, manage business development in Puget Sound.

Tasks

-Performs QA/QC reviews to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with state and client policies, procedures and professional standards. -Direct and supervise various survey tasks and projects mostly for the transportation/infrastructure arena, such as Right of Way Mapping, Design Survey, Subsurface Utility Engineering, etc. -Reviews and evaluates operating procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency in operations and that desired objectives are met. -Coordinate with other NV5 disciplines to grow, expand, and market the survey team. -Develops project plans, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and status updates. -Provide leadership and guidance for office and field staff.

What You Bring

-Must have a current Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Washington. -Bachelor's Degree (preferred). -10 years managing large land survey projects. Preference for candidates with experience in Right of Way Mapping projects in Washington.
