Tasks
-Execute EHS, customer satisfaction, quality, and financial performance projects using TANCO systems -Develop new business opportunities in line with TANCO's Sales & Marketing Plan -Create and update project schedules -Maintain estimates for extra work and manage change orders -Focus on customer service to foster long-term client relationships, aiding in project scope and resource assessment -Calculate job bonuses and ensure timely project closure -Arrange shipping and transport of project materials and equipment -Provide monthly financial updates on each project -Prepare project invoices and ensure timely billing and collections -Oversee customer documentation review and approval processes -Represent TANCO in bid meetings -Prepare information packages for foremen -Plan staffing and equipment needed for projects -Review and approve vendor and subcontractor invoices -Initiate new projects according to TANCO's processes -Order and manage project materials and supplies -Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines effectively -Provide technical assistance and resolve issues for clients and field supervisors -Coordinate pre-job quality package development and manage project quality throughout -Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards; oversee detailed project estimates -Self-check drawings for compliance with requirements -Monitor on-site supervision, ensuring adherence to design and budget -Supervise subcontracted work following management plans -Accountable for project profit/loss, managing financial aspects to uphold client relationships
