Overview
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.

Tasks
-Disassemble machinery and equipment when there is a problem. -Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery. -Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment. -Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly. -Analyze test results, machine error messages, and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems. -Operate newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs. -Repair or replace the necessary parts, such as gears, bearings, and valves. -Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear. -Inspect machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions. -Operate Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PP, DataStream, MP7i) -Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices. -Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs.

What You Bring
-Read plant PID prints. -Possess basic understanding of MSDS. -Proven work experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician. -Understand technical service manuals and drawings. -Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. -3-5 years minimum experience in an industrial maintenance position -Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. -High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or associate’s degree in a technical field is a plus. -A results-driven individual who has demonstrated the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance manufacturing environment. -Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, including 480V three-phase systems, is highly valued. This includes working with motors, control panels, and other industrial equipment. -5-7 years of Industrial experience -Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. -Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. -Experience with MIG/TIG and stick welding (carbon and stainless steel).
