Tasks

-To deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Services in support of customers’ business needs. To liaise with the customer’s representative regarding matters on delegated levels of authority. -To achieve the timely and efficient delivery of C&W - PMSI to Atmosphere Cooperative Society, in support of their business needs in accordance with the service levels and Key Performance Indicators.

What You Bring

-Good communication skills, both written and verbal. -Exemplary customer service skills with a keen focus on client relations -Minimum (3) years of working experience as a Site Lead -Excellent analytical skills with problem solving aptitude.
