Senior Sales Advisor drives customer relationships and sales of building materials.

Tasks

-Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts. -Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth. -Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions. -Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey. -Support the Branch Manager on analysing quotes and margins. -Develop great relationships with new and existing Customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible.

What You Bring

-Previous experience in the construction materials supply industry is preferred. -Proven background in Sales with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets. -Strong communication and commercial awareness to be able to provide great customer service.
