Collaborate closely with clients and in-house engineering, controls, and construction teams to align on project goals and design intent
Mentor architectural staff, fostering technical development and consistent production quality
Manage the production of accurate, high-quality construction documents in Revit, ensuring design excellence and code compliance
Travel to client sites for field verification, coordination, and design reviews as needed
Oversee permitting, bidding, and construction phases, maintaining design integrity and schedule alignment
Lead architectural design for industrial and manufacturing projects, serving as Architect of Record from concept through delivery
Requirements

team leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (required); Master’s degree preferred
Licensed Architect (RA); NCARB certification preferred
12+ years of architectural experience in facilities design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional design teams
Experience with facility types such as cleanrooms, cold storage, laboratories, and food & beverage plants preferred
Knowledge of ISO standards, GMP requirements, and relevant building codes
Proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of design documentation (plans, elevations, sections, schedules)
