Tasks

-Lead projects through all phases — from design development to construction administration. -Oversee and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and quality. -Develop and manage detailed REVIT models and drawing sets. -Engage directly with clients and project stakeholders. -Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design integrity and constructability. -Participate in a range of project types, including architecture and interior-based work.

What You Bring

-Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. -Extensive construction knowledge and experience with documentation and detailing. [commercial construction – steel, masonry, concrete] -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (required). -Expert-level proficiency in REVIT — this is essential. -Proven ability to manage projects independently from design through construction. -Ability to thrive in a self-directed, high-accountability environment. -10+ years experience (min) as a Project Architect or Project Manager (required) -Professional licensure (preferred, or on track for licensure). -Creative design driven studio environment.
