Tasks

-Perform basic administrative duties including issuing work orders, updating preventive maintenance schedules, and record keeping -Update and maintain a variety of reports and tracking spreadsheets including updating certifications and compliance and maintaining equipment files -Maintain effective reporting lines to management including equipment forecast information -Monitor and report damage and abuse of owned/rental, which also involves tracking for corrective actions -Forward planning to ensure the timely and most economical deployment of equipment as well as monitor utilization and manage deployment, including suspension and timely disposition of under-utilized items -Liaise with Operations team and mechanic / 3rd party to schedule maintenance, track breakdowns and record repairs -Coordinates the completion of preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections required to maintain compliance with company policy and state / federal regulations

What You Bring

-Knowledge of (US) transport regulations and maintenance processes and procedures as well as working -Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with strong verbal and written communication skills -Four to five years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry -Previous experience in equipment inventory would be an asset. -Strong computer skills, including MS Excel -Ability to learn and understand software programs and new systems
