Tasks

-Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts for leadership. -Collect measurements and photos, then craft a clear design plan for proper heating and cooling coverage. -BTU calculations and equipment design layouts -Track market trends and competitor moves to spot growth opportunities. -Measuring and Quoting accuracy -Deliver compelling sales presentations and live product demonstrations to prospective customers. -Partner closely with internal teams to ensure flawless service delivery and delighted customers. -Discover needs, recommend personalized solutions, and guide decision-making. -Meet clients at their homes or businesses for face-to-face consultations. -Negotiate proposals and finalize agreements to meet and exceed revenue targets. -Represent Rycor at community events, industry gatherings, and trade shows.

What You Bring

-Heating and Air Conditioning basics -Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that build rapport fast. -Fluency with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite. -Customer Service expertise -Proven success in sales or account management, ideally with in-home, B2C experience. -Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
