Tasks

-Managing and supporting clients through the preconstruction phase, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. -Coordinating working drawings, engineering, energy ratings, and approvals. -Preparing and reviewing building contracts and ensuring accuracy of client details and inclusions. -Proactively resolving issues and providing timely updates to customers. -Collaborating with internal teams including estimating, drafting, and construction to ensure smooth handover. -Monitoring progress through internal workflows and maintaining accurate records.

What You Bring

-The ability to read and interpret building contracts and drawings. -A proactive and customer-focused approach with outstanding communication skills. -Minimum two years’ experience in the building or construction industry. -Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. -Sound knowledge of building terminology and processes. -The ability to work effectively within a team and manage competing deadlines. -Strong administration and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
