Tasks

-Daily process meetings. -Resident Construction Manager will be responsible for supervision / co-ordination with technical and construction team during construction and commissioning phase. -Daily site meetings. -Daily meeting with client. -Overall control of site execution jobs, Construction Management, Supervision and Co- ordination of Mobilization of the contractor at site and succeeding execution works. -Regularly monitoring the availability of sufficient resources at site and following up for augmentation in case of need.
