Tasks

-Maintain credit and collection notes in computer system. -Maintain sales tax exemption certificates. -Efficiently manage multiple priorities and deadlines. -Requests and pursues payment on delinquent accounts via communication with account holder. -Follows established guidelines to review and update account status. -Processes credit applications, collecting further information as needed. -Research and resolve outstanding balances and disputed items. -Maintains log of payment promises and pertinent account details; schedules follow-up communication with account holder.

What You Bring

-Ability to plan, prioritize, and multi-task with minimal supervision -Two years of related experience in accounts receivable preferred. -Fluent in English and Spanish -High school diploma or equivalent required. -Excellent written and oral communication skills
