Tasks

The Head of Digital Transformation leads the strategic planning and execution of digital initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experience through the adoption of digital technologies and processes. -Collaborate with IT, marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives. -Manage change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoption. -Establish KPIs to measure the success of digital transformation efforts. -Ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements. -Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with business goals. -Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions. -Oversee the integration of new technologies (e.g., cloud computing, AI, automation, data analytics). -Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation and process improvement.

What You Bring

** The role will be based in the Middle East - relocation is a must ** -15+ years of senior leadership experience in digital strategy, transformation, or process excellence. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). -Certification in digital transformation, project management, or related areas (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma). -Proven track record of leading large-scale digital initiatives.
