Tasks

In this role, you will play a key part in the commercial success of projects by delivering accurate and timely estimates. The company puts people and quality at the heart of everything they do, delivering high-quality interior and fit-out projects across retail, commercial, and hospitality sectors throughout the UK and Ireland. -Support tender submissions, client presentations, and collaboration with project teams to align estimates with delivery. -Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates and detailed take-offs for labour, materials, and subcontractors. -Conduct site visits and source, evaluate, and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations. -Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to define project scope and requirements. -Identify risks, value engineering options, and cost efficiencies to enhance project value.
