The Role
Overview
Lead implementation, configuration, training, and support of Acumatica MRP system.

Tasks
-Work with consultants to: -Configure and customize the MRP system to meet specific business requirements. -Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). -Liaise and communicate with other departments and ensure an effective interface is maintained -Ensuring data integrity within the MRP system. -Develop and document system configurations. -Ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. -Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for users. -Interface with responsible managers to implement production schedules -Provide technical expertise to the team -Identifying opportunities to optimize business processes and workflows. -Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. customer service, operations, procurement). -Support, comply with and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures -Troubleshooting and resolving system issues. -Recommending and implementing improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness. -Responsible for training of support roles within the team that are required to use Acumatica. -Acting as a subject matter expert on the MRP system. -Developing and managing project plans, timelines. -Providing ongoing support and guidance to users on system functionality and best practices.

What You Bring
-Solid understanding of all people related processes and procedures -3 – 5 years working with MRP (SAP, JDEdwards), experience, experience with Acumatica a plus. Previous experience implementing an MRP system a plus. Supply chain, planning and experience in a manufacturing environment required. -Excellent problem-solving skills -Is self-aware, resilient, assertive and open to change -Self-directed and self-driven, requiring minimal supervision -Ability to manage a wide variety of activities at the same time -Ability to plan, analyze and challenge -Excellent organizational skills
